Delhi’s daily Covid tally continues to surge with 325 new cases
Delhi’s daily Covid-19 tally continued to surge on Thursday after 352 fresh cases were recorded in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 18,67,206, according to the health department’s bulletin. Thursday’s case count is 26 more than that of Wednesday’s when 299 infections were seen.
However, this the second consecutive day that no fatalities were recorded and the toll remain unchanged at 26,158.

The Delhi government on Thursday issued an advisory to all private schools in the national capital, in view of rising Covid-19 cases. The advisory, issued by the government’s directorate of education said, “If any Covid case noticed/reported to school authority the same must be intimated to Directorate and concerned wing or school as a whole must be closed down for the time being.”
